Welcome to CSG's tumbling programme. You will be working towards basic tumbling skills in a safe and controlled environment with a fully qualified coach.
Tiny Tumblers An intro to floor skills for preschoolers. This class is 30 minutes long and will cover basic floor skills and tumble trampoline / foam pit safety. (Dependent on minimum numbers of registrations to run - please contact reception on [email protected] if interested)
Junior Tumbling Covers tumbling skills with the goal of building a 5-skills tumbling pass. We recommend participating in one of our Junior Gymnastics classes prior to registering for Junior Tumbling, unless you can already perform the basic skills required: forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels.
Monday 3:30pm - age 5-10 - basics of tumbling, up to round off (Red and Blue Tumbling Badge)
Monday 4:30pm - age 7-12 - more advanced skills, round offs and handspring progressions (Green Tumbling Badge)
Monday 5:30pm - age 9-18 - handsprings, flic flacs and saltos (Yellow Tumbling Badge +)
Entry into our Competitive Tumbling Programme is by selection only. Minimum ability level is round off, flic flac, tuck back somersault. If you have these minimum requirements, and are interested in trialing for competitive tumbling, please contact Will Rotte on [email protected].

Please wear form fitting clothing. No belts, buckles, zippers, jeans, wrist watches, skirts or jewelry. Shorts and a t-shirt are acceptable, or a leotard. In cooler months, thermals are recommended. Gymnasts are in bare feet.
