CSG prides ourselves on offering and aerobic gymnastics programme as one of our 4 codes. 
We have a purpose built aerobic gymnastics floor, built in 2017.  We have many successes in Aerobic Gymnastics at the National Championships.

In 2019, CSG had 2 Aerobic Gymnastics National Champions, Tayla Messervy and Zoe Harding.  
Most recently, in 2023, Niamh Cunningham placed 2nd in Level 9.
