Regional Competitive is a programme that provides an opportunity for gymnasts who are ready to work on routines to compete in interclub and regional competitions. These squads are best suited for gymnasts who wish to experience the challenges and excitement that competitions provide without the intensity of training that the National competition structure requires, and for gymnasts who enjoy a more social training atmosphere while training to achieve competition skills and routines.
CSG runs the TOTS routines for Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Emerald and Ruby levels.
(We do not offer Grade One and Grade Two in the CSG Regional Competitive programme).

We offer Regional Competitive programmes for Gymnastics and Trampolining.
​Gymnasts must be coach selected, and have reached Stage 5 of our Skills Award Programme (for gymnastics).
