Senior Excel
Senior Excel is a CSG specific programme which allows ex senior competitive gymnasts to come back to training, work at their own pace, and even compete again if they wish to. The training is limited hours so that you can still go to school or university, do other sports and activities, and still enjoy gymnastics training.
