Aerobic Gymnastics is a great sport, filled with the 3 F's - fun, fitness, and fundamentals! It is a combination of gymnastics and dance, performed on a polished, wooden floor.  It involves strength, flexibility, and aerobic fitness, all performed to music.  Our Junior Aerobics class runs alongside our competitive squad, so there is always someone to look up to and learn from.
